Hi gtsweet you need to provide A litle more information as what it is you reprograming new or used computer are you doing an uptdate flash etc reprogramming is one thing and reflashing is something else for instance when directed by a service bulletin to fix a software issue that will be reflashing you need a passthru j2534 and on line sub, if you only replace the ecu with another one then all you need to is program the keys to the immobilezer I dont think the maxidas 708 has that fuction before 2004 I know for sure after 2004 it does it very well and without a password I hope i was of some help to you and others reading this good day.
